Ingredients

  • Cinnamon – 2 ½ tablespoons
  • Anise seed – 2 tablespoons
  • Nutmeg – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Coriander seed – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Cardamom – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Ginger – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a spice grinder, grind the anise seed into a fine ground.
  2. Add the rest of the spices, and pulse a few times to combine.
  3. Store in a small jar.
