This yogurt recipe is inspired by my boss, Chani Nicholas. We had a team meeting a few weeks ago and she served this yogurt dip that was just plain, full-fat Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
It. was. Transcendent.
I immediately went home and made this homemade yogurt dip no fewer than 3 times in the following week, and it’s become a go-to recipe for me whenever I have company over and want to pull together a quick dinner.
All you’re doing is mixing in some simple seasonings into flavorful, full-fat Greek yogurt.
And can I say once and for all that full-fat Greek yogurt is better than nonfat greek yogurt?

- 1 cup of plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp-1 of kosher salt – to taste
- 1 tsp-1 tablespoon of pepper – to taste
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Optional: ¼ cup of chopped herbs
- Sliced Persian cucumbers
- Squeeze of lemon
- Make the dip – stir salt, pepper, garlic powder and optional herbs in to yogurt.
- Serve with sliced cucumbers.
